The products and services offered in the online shop are intended exclusively for customers domiciled in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the European Union.

For all orders requiring a minimum age, the buyer, with his order, confirms that he has reached the age of majority ( 18 years ).

Prices offered on the online store are in Swiss francs. Price reductions and offers are valid only as long as they are displayed on the online store and are finalized with the purchase.

The availability of items on the online store is subject to the actual stock availability of the chosen item.

If an ordered item is not available for shipment within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of ordering, in the case of advance payment, Daniela Lehmann will contact the customer and proceed with the refund of the payment made.

The price valid for the purchase contract is the one at the time of the order; subsequent changes will not be taken into consideration.

Shipments are made throughout Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the European Union.

Shipping costs to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are:

Shipping costs within the European Union are:

> 15.00 CHF

Shipments are made via Swiss Post. If the buyer wishes to use a different courier, the shipping cost and minimum order amount will be agreed upon separately.

All purchases subject to shipping must be paid in full at the time of purchase, according to the methods proposed by the online store.

Reports of incorrect deliveries or damaged items must be made in writing to info@daydreambydany.ch within 10 days of delivery. Once a report has been made, the customer is not entitled to use the ordered item and must leave it in its original packaging.

Daniela Lehmann is committed to getting orders to you as quickly as possible.

However, all information on availability and delivery times is indicative, without guarantee and can be changed at any time.

In case of delay in delivery, the customer is entitled to a refund after 30 days from the failed delivery.

Items purchased from the online store are not covered by a two-year warranty. In the event of obvious defects not caused by wear and tear, the customer must contact the online store within 10 days of receiving the goods to agree on one of the following options:

• free repair (the original warranty period continues on all products);

• partial or total replacement with an equivalent used/repaired product.

• replacement with a new product in stock

• credit equivalent to the selling price at the time of the order

• Price reduction.

• Any shipping costs incurred as a result of replacing a part are the responsibility of the customer.

The online store excludes all parts subject to wear from the warranty.

Returns of undamaged items purchased from the online store are possible within 30 days of purchase, upon written notification to info@daydreambydany.ch .

Returned items must be intact and packaged in their original packaging.

Returned goods remain the property of the customer until delivered to the store.
