The range of products and services offered in the online shop is directed exclusively at customers domiciled in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the European Union.

For all orders requiring a minimum age, by placing the order the buyer confirms that they have reached the age of majority (18 years).
Prices shown in the online shop are in Swiss francs. Price reductions and special offers are valid only for as long as they are displayed in the online shop and are finalized upon purchase.

Availability of items in the online shop is subject to the actual stock availability of the item chosen.
Should an ordered item not be available for shipment within the timeframe agreed at the time of order, in the case of advance payment Daniela Lehmann will contact the customer and proceed to refund the payment made.

The price applicable to the purchase contract is the price at the time of the order; subsequent changes will not be taken into account.
Product images shown on the website and in advertising are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the product delivered.

Shipments are made throughout Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the European Union.
Shipping costs to Switzerland and Liechtenstein amount to:

Shipping costs to the European Union amount to:

Shipments are made via Swiss Post; should the buyer wish to use a different courier, the shipping cost and minimum order value will be agreed upon separately.

All purchases subject to shipment must be paid in full at the time of purchase, using the payment methods offered by the online shop.
Notifications regarding incorrect deliveries or damaged goods must be submitted in writing to: (insert email address) within 10 days of delivery. Once such a notification has been submitted, the customer is no longer entitled to use the ordered goods and must keep them in their original packaging.

Any import taxes and duties are borne by the buyer; the buyer is responsible for obtaining information on this matter prior to purchase.
Daniela Lehmann undertakes to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
However, all information regarding availability and delivery times is indicative only, provided without guarantee, and may be changed at any time.
In the event of a delayed delivery, the customer is entitled to a refund after 30 days from the missed delivery.

Returns Policy

Items purchased in the online shop are covered by a two-year warranty. In the case of evident defects not caused by wear and tear, the customer must contact the online shop within 10 days of receiving the goods to agree on one of the following options:

• Free repair (the original warranty period continues to apply to all products);

• Partial or full replacement with an equivalent used/repaired product;

• Replacement with a new product, subject to stock availability;

• Credit equivalent to the sale price at the time of order;

• Price reduction;

• Any shipping costs arising from the replacement of a part are borne by the customer.
   

The online shop excludes from the warranty all parts subject to wear and tear, as well as damage caused during transport.
Returns of undamaged items purchased in the online shop are possible within 30 days of purchase, subject to prior written notification to info@daydreambydany.ch.
Returned items must be intact and packaged in their original packaging.
Returned goods remain the property of the customer until delivered to the shop.
